Booking Fee

Non-refundable fee payable at the time of booking to cover contractor pre-allocation, dispatch coordination, and 24/7 emergency response administration. Applied against your final invoice on completion of services. See T&S {{T:1.9}}.

NZIFDA Filing Fee

EEK is legally required to maintain hazardous substance disposal records (HSWA Regulations 2017). EEK fulfils this through NZIFDA — every job is filed and a Certificate of Compliance issued to the customer.

Payment Processing

Card payment processing and instant payout fees are passed through at cost and shown as a separate line on your invoice for full transparency.

Fixed charge applies for extractions up to 80L. Over 80L, the per-litre rate applies to the entire volume extracted.

Late Payment Fee

Automatically applied where an invoice remains unpaid for more than 14 calendar days from date of issue. In addition to interest (2%/month) and recovery costs under T&S §6.8 and §8.10. See T&S §6.18.

Storage & Specialist Reports

Storage accrues automatically while a vehicle is uncollected or retained under lien for an unpaid or disputed invoice. Specialist report fee applies to person-prepared reports, assessments, and letters of demand; automated AI correspondence is not separately charged. See T&S §8.4 and §12.9.
