Supplier Pre-Payment Happens Automatically When the Customer Deposits
When a customer pays their deposit, a queued payment to the HN supplier holding account triggers automatically within minutes. No manual admin step.
Suppliers Are Paid Without Waiting for Admin
Under EEK's HN (holding network) arrangement, suppliers working through the HN structure receive a pre-payment when a customer's deposit is confirmed — before the job is even started. Previously this required an admin step: a human had to notice the deposit, verify the HN arrangement applied, and manually trigger the payout. During busy periods, this step could be delayed by hours.
EEK automated the HN payout: when a customer's Stripe deposit webhook arrives, a queued payment to the HN holding account is created automatically. Within minutes of the customer paying their deposit, the HN pre-payment is on its way to the supplier. No admin attention required for routine cases.
For Suppliers
Receiving pre-payment before starting work significantly improves cash flow for independent workshops — particularly smaller operators who cannot carry large jobs on their own float. The automation means this benefit is delivered consistently, every time, without depending on admin availability. Suppliers can commit to the job with confidence that the pre-payment is in motion.
