When EEK confirms your booking, you receive a link by SMS and email. That link is your personal job portal — a private, persistent view of your recovery job that shows everything happening in real time. Job status, supplier assigned, expected timeline, all messages sent and received, your invoice when it is ready, and your payment link when the time comes.

There is no account to create. No password to remember. The link itself is the credential — unique to your job, expiring naturally after the job is closed. For a customer who may be using EEK only once and has no interest in maintaining a login, this is exactly the right design. Simple, immediate access with nothing to forget.

For Insurers Reviewing a Claim

EEK can share a portal view with an insurer's claims team, giving them live visibility of the job status, documentation, and invoice without requiring admin involvement. The portal link is the simplest way to give an authorised third party a clean, real-time view of a job file.
