EEK Mechanical operates in New Zealand through Forman Pacific LLC t/a EEK Mechanical. The platform also supports operations in the United States. Each jurisdiction has its own Stripe account, its own invoicing entity, and its own regulatory requirements.
A global admin setting in the EEK portal determines which Stripe account receives each customer's deposit — toggled by the admin team rather than hardcoded. When a New Zealand customer pays, the money flows to the NZ Stripe account. When a US customer pays, it flows to the US account. No manual reconciliation step. No misrouted payments to untangle.
For Customers
The entity name and bank details on your invoice match the jurisdiction you are in. Your payment receipt correctly reflects the trading entity that carried out your recovery.
