EEK publishes its complete rate card publicly at eek.nz/rate-card. Every line: towing and recovery by distance bracket, labour rate per hour, diagnostic fee, fuel disposal per litre, filter and sundries cost, NZIFDA filing fee, platform and coordination fee, callout charge. Available to download as a PDF. Updated when rates change, with the effective date noted.

This is unusual in the misfuel recovery industry, where most operators provide quotes on request and pricing is rarely disclosed in advance. EEK treats pricing transparency as a competitive position — not a disadvantage.

Before you decide whether to use EEK, you can read exactly what you will be charged for every scenario. If another provider cannot match that transparency, that itself is useful information.
