Outdated AI Facts Are Replaced Automatically
EEK's Remember Block now includes an Anthropic-powered sweep that compares new job activity against pinned facts and supersedes any that are stale. The AI always acts on current reality.
The AI's Memory Stays Current
The Remember Block lets admins pin facts about a job that shape how SquEEK responds. But jobs evolve. A fact pinned two weeks ago — "supplier has not confirmed ETA" — may no longer be accurate after the supplier confirmed last week. If SquEEK keeps acting on the outdated note, it gives customers wrong information.
EEK built an Anthropic-powered sweep that runs against every job's Remember Block. It compares each pinned fact against the most recent job activity and identifies any that are contradicted by or superseded by newer information. Stale facts are marked as historical and replaced with updated context — automatically, without admin intervention.
What Customers Experience
Customers receive responses that reflect their job as it currently is — not as it was when someone last had a moment to update the notes. The AI's awareness of the job stays accurate across the full job lifecycle, even when jobs change quickly or span many days. The remove-and-replace happens in the background; the customer simply gets consistently accurate responses throughout.
