Suppliers See the Supplier Line. Insurers See the Insurer Line. Always.
EEK swaps phone numbers site-wide based on the visitor's role. Supplier visitors see the supplier line. Insurer visitors see the insurer line. Admin browsers see nothing.
The Right Number on Every Page, for Every Role
EEK operates four phone lines. Each is designed for a specific type of caller. A supplier calling the customer 0800 number reaches Whitey Triage — an agent configured for distressed misfuel customers, not workshop staff. Routing the wrong caller to the wrong line wastes everyone's time.
EEK detects the visitor's role from their URL and cookie context. A visitor arriving via the supplier portal receives the supplier line (09 872 4612) on every EEK page they visit. An insurer visiting via the insurer access flow receives the insurer line (09 885 2000). Customer visitors see the 0800 number. Admin users see nothing — they are excluded from all role-based tracking and swapping.
Why This Matters for Suppliers
A supplier who bookmarks the EEK homepage will always see the supplier line when they visit it — even months later. They do not need to remember which number to call. The right number is on the page. This reduces wrong-line calls and ensures every supplier call reaches an agent with the right context already loaded.
