Service Balance Alerts: EEK Knows Before a Service Fails
A service balances panel monitors the balance state of every EEK-connected service. Low balances trigger alerts before calls fail. A refire UI handles failed payment captures.
Services Stay Available
EEK's operational infrastructure includes several services that require funded accounts: Retell voice AI, TNZ SMS, and other API-dependent capabilities. If any of these runs low, calls fail, messages are not delivered, and customers experience gaps in service. The service balances panel was built specifically to prevent this.
The panel shows the current balance of each connected service in real time. When any balance approaches a configured low threshold, an alert is triggered — before the service fails, not after. Admin can top up the balance immediately, before a single customer is affected.
Refire UI for Failed Captures
Payment captures occasionally fail due to network issues, Stripe edge cases, or timing problems in high-concurrency situations. Previously these required manual investigation and re-processing. The service balances panel includes a refire UI that identifies failed payment captures and allows them to be re-attempted with a single click. No revenue is silently lost to failed captures that nobody noticed.
