@SquEEK Commands: Manage Entire Jobs Through Conversation
Admin users direct SquEEK through natural language commands. Send a customer update, ask the supplier for an ETA, dispatch the insurance report — all through the SquEEK message thread.
The Entire Job, Managed Through One Conversation
EEK's admin SquEEK supports natural language commands that execute real actions on the job. @squeek tell the customer their vehicle is ready and the payment link is attached — SquEEK composes, validates, and sends the message. @squeek send the insurance report to the insurer — SquEEK identifies the insurer's email, generates or retrieves the report, and sends it. @squeek ask the supplier for an updated ETA — SquEEK composes the supplier message and sends it through the supplier channel.
The admin team does not need to navigate to different panels, find the right contact, and compose the message manually. The command is issued in the SquEEK thread; SquEEK handles the execution.
What the Admin Team Gains
Speed and accuracy. Every @squeek action is executed with full job context — SquEEK uses the correct contact details, the correct job reference, and the correct tone for the recipient. The admin team does not need to look up email addresses, remember which supplier is assigned, or know the insurer's claim number — SquEEK has all of that. The command-to-action cycle takes seconds instead of minutes.
