After a job is completed, customers receive a payment link by SMS and email — a secure Stripe-powered checkout with a full itemised invoice showing every line: towing, labour, disposal, NZIFDA filing fee, and any additional charges. Every cent is disclosed before payment is collected.
There is no cash exchange. There is no bank transfer with a reference code to remember. There is no standing at a workshop reception desk with a card reader. Customers pay from their phone, in their own time, as soon as the job is done and they have reviewed the invoice.
For Insurers
Every EEK payment generates a Stripe receipt with a unique payment ID. This receipt, combined with the EEK invoice PDF, gives insurers a clean, verifiable payment record for every job. There is no ambiguity about whether payment was made, when, and for what amount. The documentation chain from job creation to final payment is complete and auditable.
